The Tschudy Family Scholarship, which awards scholarships to deserving Emmett High School graduates, is supported by investment income from a lifelong resident of Emmett. Awards are given based on academic excellence, moral character, and financial necessity.The Tschudy Family Scholarship, which was established by gift from the estate of Alene M. Swindle, offers financial aid to qualified Emmett High School graduates who choose to pursue academic degrees at Idaho public four-year colleges and universities. The Tschudy Family Scholarship recipients are chosen based on their academic ability, moral character, and financial need. For up to five years of undergraduate study and two years of graduate study, awards are renewable.
