About This Scholarship

The Larry Laeding Memorial Scholarship was created in Larry Laeding’s memory to assist graduating seniors from the Saginaw Public Schools with their educational pursuits. The following requirements must be met in order to qualify for the Larry Laeding Memorial Scholarship: the candidate must be a Saginaw Public Schools high school senior, intend to enrol in college or university full-time, have a minimum GPA of 3.0, and have participated in high school athletics for at least two years. Essays, involvement in the community and/or church, awards and honours, and involvement in extracurricular activities will all be considered in the evaluation process.
