About This Scholarship

Don Herbert and Jacki Herbert were childless. However, they recognised the significance of a college education and wanted to support motivated students in their pursuit of a degree. Upon Jacki’s passing, the Hebert Memorial Scholarship Fund was created to aid in financing the education of Saginaw County citizens who had a “B” or higher average in high school. The Hebert Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to assist Saginaw County people in paying for their education. Candidates must have a 3.0 GPA, be in their senior year of high school or currently enrolled as full-time undergraduates.
