Eligibility Criteria For New England ISA Undergrad/Grad Scholarship

The New England ISA Undergrad/Grad Scholarship is a program established by the New England Chapter of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) to support students who are pursuing a degree in arboriculture, or a related field.

To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited institution in the New England region of the United States (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont).
  • Be pursuing a degree in arboriculture, urban forestry, or a related field.
  • All the applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale and they should demonstrate financial need.
  • Be a member of the New England Chapter of the ISA or have a family member who is a member.
  • Applicants will also need to submit a personal statement, transcripts, two letters of recommendation, and a resume as part of the application process.
