About This Scholarship

The AIGA Worldstudio Scholarships are a scholarship program offered by AIGA, the professional association for design, in partnership with Worldstudio Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports diversity and social responsibility in the creative industries. The scholarship program aims to support students from underrepresented and economically disadvantaged backgrounds who are pursuing a degree in design or a related field, including advertising, animation, branding, fashion design, illustration, interactive design, photography, and product design.

The scholarship program offers awards of up to $5,000 to cover educational expenses such as tuition, fees, books, and suppldesignies. The scholarship also includes a summer internship opportunity with a leading design firm or company, providing students with valuable hands-on experience in the industry.

The scholarship program is highly competitive, and recipients are selected based on academic achievement, financial need, and their commitment to social responsibility and promoting diversity in the design industry.
