About This Scholarship

Your path to success includes both the mental capacity to get there as well as academic development. We took into account a wide range of factors, including your everyday struggles and the significant anxieties associated with college applications, in addition to the social unrest, hate crimes, and environmental anxiety that are currently affecting our Asian American community. We chose the topic of Mental-Health Wellbeing after taking inspiration from what so many of you are openly and effectively sharing on social media.

Candidates may do one of two things: Essay, poem, spoken-word recording, or song with lyrics written in the first person

No more than 900 words (if written), 5 minutes (if a song or video), or at least one work of visual art (painting, mixed media, photography, sculpture, or video). It is possible to contribute videos.
