The Davis-Putter Scholarship Fund is a non-profit organization that provides scholarships to students who are actively working towards social justice and progressive change. The scholarship fund was established in 1961 and has since awarded over $4 million in scholarships to more than 3000 students.
The scholarship awards range from $1,000 to $10,000, and can be used for tuition, books, room and board, and other educational expenses. The scholarship is renewable for up to four years, provided that the student maintains their commitment to social justice and progressive activism.
