About This Scholarship

Candidates must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for the Lee Essie and Charlie McMillan, Jr. Active/Inactive Military and Military Veteran Scholarship: they must show financial need; they must reside in Saginaw County; they must be high school seniors or current college students; they must have a 2.5 GPA; and they must be active or inactive military members or veterans. Students enrolled either full- or part-time may participate in this.
