Eligibility Criteria For University of Oregon Stamps Scholarship

The University of Oregon Stamps Scholarship is a highly competitive, merit-based scholarship program that provides full tuition, fees, room and board, and additional benefits to exceptional incoming first-year students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, service, and character. To be eligible for the Stamps Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be an incoming first-year student at the University of Oregon.
  • Have a minimum high school GPA of 3.85 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Have a minimum SAT score of 1400 or ACT composite score of 31.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership, service, and character through extracurricular activities, community involvement, and personal accomplishments.
  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • Submit a completed application for admission to the University of Oregon by the scholarship deadline.

In addition to full tuition, fees, room and board, and a $12,000 enrichment fund for academic and personal development, Stamps Scholars receive access to a community of scholars, mentors, and opportunities for networking, leadership development, and cultural experiences.
