If you’re a first-year MBA student hoping to secure a summer internship at Goldman Sachs, you should consider applying for the Goldman Sachs MBA Fellowship. This program is available to female, Black, Hispanic/Latinx, and Native American students currently enrolled in an MBA program. The fellowship, which Goldman Sachs finances, is an exceptional opportunity for individuals interested in private wealth management or investment banking. Those who receive the fellowship will be given a $35,000 award in addition to the Summer Associate salary. After completing the summer internship and receiving a full-time offer, fellowship recipients will be given an additional $40,000.

Eligibility Criteria For Goldman Sachs MBA Fellowship

  • Enrollment in an MBA Program: The fellowship is open to students in a Master of Business Administration program.
  • Underrepresented Background: The program is intended to increase diversity within the investment banking and private wealth management sectors. Therefore, only individuals who identify as Black, Hispanic/Latinx, Native American, or female are eligible to apply.
  • First-Year MBA Student: The fellowship is only available to first-year MBA students who have not previously worked for Goldman Sachs.
  • Strong Academic Record: Applicants must have a proven track record of academic excellence and demonstrate leadership potential.
  • Interest in Investment Banking or Private Wealth Management: The program is designed for students who are interested in pursuing careers in investment banking or private wealth management. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in these fields.
