About This Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria For Scholarship America Dream Award

  • Be a high school senior or graduate, or currently enrolled in an accredited postsecondary institution.
  • Have completed the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and demonstrate financial need.
  • Have overcome significant barriers to achieve your academic dreams, such as personal or family financial hardship, a physical or mental disability, or an adverse personal situation.
  • Be planning to enroll full-time in a degree program at an accredited postsecondary institution in the upcoming academic year.
  • Be willing to participate in Scholarship America’s communications and publicity efforts, such as sharing your story and providing updates on your academic progress.

It’s important to note that meeting these criteria does not guarantee that you will receive the Scholarship America Dream Award. The program is highly competitive, and awards are based on a combination of financial need, academic achievement, and the strength of your application.
