Are you a student of Hispanic descent currently enrolled in an institution that is a member of the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) and working toward obtaining a degree of two or four years? Denny’s Hungry for Education Scholarship might be what you’ve been looking for to further your education. Students attending HBCUs can receive one of up to five $2,000 scholarships awarded by Denny’s Restaurants each year. As long as the requirements above are met, it does not matter what your intended field of study or degree you intend to earn; you will be considered eligible. Applicants should provide a personal statement on “Why Denny’s?”. However, applicants must ensure their application is completed well before the deadline. The deadline is usually one month after the announcement of each scholarship. Students must submit their applications under the next announcement to be eligible for the next award cycle.
