  • Enrollment status: The applicant must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited institution in the United States.
  • Age: The applicant must be under the age of 35 at the time of application, or if the applicant is over the age of 35, the applicant must have been enrolled in an eligible institution at the time of the parent’s death or disability.
