About This Scholarship

The Collegiate Inventors Competition is an annual competition that recognizes and rewards innovations developed by undergraduate and graduate students from across the United States. The competition is organized by the National Inventors Hall of Fame and sponsored by a number of leading companies and organizations.

Eligibility Criteria For Collegiate Inventors Competition

  • Enrollment status: Applicants must be enrolled as full-time undergraduate or graduate students at a U.S. college or university.

  • Intellectual property: Applicants must own or have the right to patent or license the invention.
  • Team size: Applicants can participate individually or in teams of up to four students.
